摘  要:用有限元数值方法计算并研制了稀土超磁致伸缩圆环型超声频换能器。研究表明,可用既导磁又导电的稀土超磁致伸缩材料研制大功率换能器;在换能器的激励线圈外面,加上高导磁率闭合圆桶,有利于换能器耦合系数的提高;与频率为25.9 kHz的压电陶瓷换能器相比,尺寸减小了1/3。实验测试与理论计算基本相符。Rare earth super megetostrictive cirque ultrasonic transducers are calculated and manufactured by using finite element method in this paper. The results show, it is feasible to manufacture high power transducer with the magnetic and electric rare earth super megetostrictive. It is propitious to enhance coupling factor by mounting a high permeability closed barrel outside of the exciting turn. The dimension is reduced to one third comparing with the piezoelectric ceramics transducer resonance at 25.9 kHz. Reasonable agreement between the experimental results and the theoretical calcultion results is achieved.
