摘　　要：阐述了超声电机的驱动原理,在此基础上设计了一种驱动电源。针对该电源,尤其是分频、移相和功率放大部分,进行了详细的电路分析。文章最后给出了实验结果,指出了对该方案进一步进行研究的方向。This paper presents the driving principle of ultrasonic motor, with the design of driving power based on it. To this power, especially to frequency-division, phase-shift and power-magnification, the article analyzes the circuit of this power in detail. At last, are given experimental results which point out further research direction of this scheme.
