摘  要:把长度方向极化的方形压电陶瓷片加工成梯形,设计制作了一种超声扭转换能器,借助有限元法对换能器的振动模态和性能进行了分析研究,提取了端面上具有代表性的点的运动轨迹,最后利用自动元件分析仪和显微镜对换能器的特性做了实际测量和分析。研究结果表明,有限元法有很好的指导作用,这种超声扭转换能器具有良好的性能,对下一步的应用研究有重要意义。With the longitudinal polarized ceramics manufactured into trapeziform ones, an ultrasonic torsional transducer was designed and the vibration modes and characteristics were analyzed by the aid of FEM. The loci of the typical points on the cover were extracted. Finally, we utilized the automatic component analyzer and microscope to measure the vibration and characteristics of the transducer. The results showed that the FEM was a useful method to our design and analysis and the transducer had great properties and would be of significant meanings to the following application.
