摘 要:苯酮是三次采油用烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂的重要中间体,传统的三氯化铝作催化剂活性较高,使得副产物多难以分离.采用多聚磷酸代替三氯化铝作温和的催化剂合成了对乙基月桂苯酮,取得了很好的结果,精制产品的气相色谱纯度达93%以上.给出了产品的熔点和沸点数据.通过红外、核磁共振波谱等分析手段证明其结构正确,气质联用证明相对分子质量相吻合.并推断了多聚磷酸F riede l-C rafts酰化反应的机理.Alkylbenzenephone is a very important intermediate of alkylbenzenesulfonate surfactant for the tertiary-enhanced oil recovery. AlCl3 is very frequently used in Friedel-Crafts reaction according to the reference. But many side reactions occurred because of its high activity. Polyphosphoric acid (PPA) is used in place of AlCl3 as a milder catalyst, 1-(4-ethylphenyl) dodecan-1-one was synthesized with the purity higher than 93 %. Its melting point, boiling point were measured too. Its structure was proved to be right by IR, ^1H NMR and right relative molecular mass was testified by GC-MS. The mechanism of the Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction was also predicted.
