摘　　要：当前我国医疗执业环境令人担忧,五大宏观和微观因素是造成执业环境不断恶化的原因。为了营造和谐的执业氛围,需要不断改善法制环境、舆论环境、投入环境、管理环境、服务环境,才能使医疗行业健康持续发展。At present,the situation about our medical services is worrying.Five major micro and macro factors constitute to the deteriorating situation.In order to foster and bring forth a harmonious atmosphere for the medical services, it is imperative for us to improve our law-based environment, media environment, investment environment, management environment, and service environment so as to achieve healthy, sustainable development of the medical services.
