摘　　要：美国国家质量奖以MalcolmBaldrige标准为评奖标准,随着此项目的开展,逐渐形成了“卓越绩效模式”,该模式有11个核心理念及概念,已在世界范围得到认可。“卓越绩效模式”通过对组织中的各个部门和全体成员的行为正确地评价和引导,实现质量测量与经营绩效的结合,它是对组织整体服务质量进行全面考察,是较为完善的绩效评价体系。其核心理念对我国医疗机构有一定的借鉴意义。American national quality award is based on the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria. As the program being carried out, a ＂Performance Excellence Model＂ is developed, and it has 11 core values and concepts.With every department and all staffs properly evaluated and guided, the model help the organization to realize the combination of the quality evaluation and performance result It examines the organization＇s service quality completely, thus it is a perfect performance evaluation system,Its core values and concepts has reference significance to healthcare organization in our country.
