摘　　要：采用开纤剂Sw itch 002K对涤锦复合细旦丝毛巾布进行中样、大样开纤试验,确定了其最佳工艺条件为:烧碱6 g/L,开纤剂002K 2 g/L,去油灵TF-101 2 g/L,浴比1∶12,温度105℃,时间45 m in;介绍了涤锦复合细旦丝毛巾布染色工艺中分散染料、吸湿柔软剂、染色温度,以及后整理工艺的选择,并列举了实例。Splitting process of toweling made of polyester/polyamide composite microfiber in pilot scale and bulk scale with Switch 002K are carried out, the optimum conditions are defined as follows： caustic soda 6g/L, Switch 002K 2g/L, TF-101 2 g/L, bath ratio 1 ： 12, temperature 105℃ for 45 minutes. Examples are illustrated for how to select disperse dyes, softeners, dyeing temperature and finishing. The dyeings feature rich and firm handle, as well as excellent hydrophilicity.
