摘 要:以工业固体废物为原料,研制出集物理吸附和化学混凝为一体的新型复合混凝剂BS;研究了混凝剂BS对染料废水的脱色效果;分析了混凝剂Bs处理印染废水的影响因素,并探讨印染废水的混凝沉降机理。结果表明,在pH值6~12下,混凝剂BS具有良好的混凝效果,其对染料废水的最佳脱色区间为pH值6~8和11~12。与传统混凝剂相比,混凝剂BS的脱色率和COD去除率均有所提高,且使废水的处理成本显著降低。A new kind of complex coagulant BS made from solid waste, owning the capabilities of physical adsorption and chemical coagulation, was prepared for dyestuff wastewater treatment. Factors exerting influence on decoloration and coagulation were investigated, and the mechanism of coagulation was studied. Results indicated that coagulant BS had a good effect within wide scope of pH value 6-12, especially at 6-8 and 11-12. Compared with other traditional coagulants, its removal efficiencies of COD and chroma were superior. In addition, the cost of dyestuff wastewater treatment with BS was reduced remarkably.
