摘  要:甲醛属于醛类化合物,为原生质毒物,即使在重质量分数极低的情况下,也能影响人及动物机体的机能代谢,鱼类对水环境中各种因素的改变非常敏感,在呼吸机能上的直接反映就是呼吸运动频率的改变.鲫鱼在不同质量分数溶液中呼吸运动均有所变化。在甲醛的体积分数为0.00%~0.14%的溶液中,呼吸频率先升高后下降,随着溶液体积分数的增加再次升高,后又下降,以后不再升高,而咳嗽频率则先是骤然升高,后又缓慢下降.可利用鱼的这种特性评价水质污染程度,作为环境监测的生物学指标.Formaldehyde belongs to the chemical compound of aldehyde, which is a toxicant to protoplasm. With the very low concentration the formaldehyde can even affect the metabolism of human and animal organisms. Fish is extremely sensitive to the changes of various factors in water. The direct reflection of respiratory function is the change of respiratory frequency. The change of respiratory movement of Crucian carp in different concentration of formaldehyde was researched here. In the quality fraction of 0.00 %to 0. 14% formaldehyde solution, its respiratory frequency rose at first and then dropped. And with the rising of the quality fraction of formaldehyde, the respiratory frequency rose again and dropped again, no rising from then on. But the cough frequency rose suddenly at first and then dropped slowly. This characteristic of Crucian carp can be used for the evaluation of pollution amount of water quality, and as a biological index for environmental monitoring.
