摘　　要：本文介绍、比较了中国与澳大利亚的公共图书馆管理与服务方式的差异,并从经济基础、政治体制、文化背景等方面分析了其原因。This article introduces and compares the public libraries＇ service and management in China with it in Australia, analyses the differences and the reasons of economy, political system and culture background.
