摘　　要：在知识经济的大环境下,作为人们信息获取主要渠道之一的大学图书馆应该根据各馆实际情况,有限制地对社会开放。本文主要讨论大学图书馆对社会开放的实现途径。University libraries should open to the society in the knowledge - based society. And the opening is limited. In this paper the author give her own opinion about the realization approach of opening the university libraries to the society.
