摘  要:目的研究头孢米诺钠水溶液的稳定性,并预测其有效期。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,用经典恒温加速法和多元线性模型研究温度对头孢米诺钠水溶液稳定性的影响。结果头孢米诺钠水溶液的降解符合一级动力学过程,测得有2种主要降解物,用经典恒温加速法和多元线性模型预测头孢米诺钠水溶液的有效期分别为3.70、4.17d。结论头孢米诺钠水溶液的热稳定性差,2种方法预测得到的有效期基本一致。OBJECTIVE: To study the stability of cefminox sodium solution and to predict its expiration dates.METHODS:The content of cefminox sodium was determined by HPLC and the effect of temperature on the stability of cefminox sodium solution was detected by classic isothermal accelerated tests and multiple linear model .RESULTS: The thermal degradation kinetics of cefminox sodium solution was in conformity with the first order kinetics, 2 kinds of degradation products were detected, the expiration dates of cefminox sodium solution detected by classic isothermal accelerated tests and multiple linear model were 3.70 days and 4.17 days, respectively .CONCLUSIONS: The thermal stability of cefminox sodium solution is poor and its expiration dates are the same calculated by 2 different methods.
