摘  要:目的分析黄荆子超临界CO2萃取物的挥发性成分。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法对黄荆子药材进行提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱法对萃取物的挥发性成分进行分析,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果经毛细管色谱分离出91个峰,并鉴定出了其中的60个化合物,所鉴定的化学成分约占色谱峰总面积的96%。其主要化学成分为正癸醇(71.22%)、2,5,5,8a—四甲基—八氢—2H—苯并吡喃(4.96%)、β—石竹烯(2.29%)、环己烯(1.86%)、蛇床子素(1.77%)、4—羟基—4—甲基—2—戊酮(1.61%)、9—(3—丁烯基)蒽(1.11%)等。结论本研究可为进一步开发利用黄荆子提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE: To analyzc the chemical compositions in essential oil of the Negundo Chastetree Fruit of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction. METHODS: The chemical compositions of the volatile oil of the Negundo Chastetree Fruit extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid were analyzed by capillary GC MS method and the relative component percentage of each component was determined by GC area normalization method. RESULTS: 91peaks were separated by capillary GC- MS and of the 60peaks corresponding compounds were identified, which account for about 96% of the total area. The main chemical compositions were as follows, alfollo(71.22% ), 2, 5, 5, 8a--tetramethyloctahydro--2H--chromene(4.96% ), β- caryophyllene (2.29%), cyclohexene( 1.86% ), osthole( 1.77% ), 4--hydroxy--4--ethyl--2--pentanone( 1.61% ), .9--- (3--hutenyl) anthracene (1.11%) ,etc..CONCLUSION: This study can he served as a scientific basis for the further exploitation and utilization of the Negundo Chastetree Fruit.
