摘  要:在大田条件下,研究了杂交棉生育后期主茎倒3叶的衰老、抗衰老生理指标及叶片光合性能的变化特点.结果表明,豫杂35和中棉29与中棉19相比较,主茎叶的叶绿素含量高,随叶龄增加下降慢;叶片生长前期气孔导度大,生长后期叶片中SOD和POD活性高、MDA含量低、PSⅡ实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)大,光合速率高而且随叶龄增加下降缓慢.3个品种的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)的日变化均表现为倒抛物线型,但是豫杂35和中棉29的日变化曲线平缓、中午下降幅度小,对强光利用能力强.The change characteristics of photosynthesis efficiency and senescence of third-leaf-upside-down of hybrid cotton at later stage were studied under field condition. The results showed that the content of chlorophyll was higher and the decrease of chlorophyll along with leaf aging was slower in the main stem leaves of hybrid cotton compared with Zhongmian 29 and Zhongmian 19, and stomata conductance during earlier stage of leaf growth, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxide(POD) and ФPS Ⅱ during later stage of leaf growth were higher, and the photosynthesis efficiency of leaves was higher and deceased slowly along with the increase of leaf age. Moreover, the diurnal change of maximal PS Ⅱ light energy transformation efficiency(Fv/Fm) and ФPS Ⅱ showed upside down parabola for the three varieties , but diumal change curves of hybrid cotton changed gently and the valley value of curves of hybrid cotton were shallow at noon, consequently having higher ability of utilizing powerful light than Zhongmian 19, and that the content of malonaldehydic acid(MDA) during later stage of leaf growth was lower.
