摘 要:采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制备了S2O82-/NiFe2O4复合固体超强酸催化剂,并以乙酸和乙醇为原料合成了乙酸乙酯,考察了Fe∶Ni的原子配比,焙烧温度,焙烧时间,浸渍液浓度等对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明:当Fe∶Ni原子比为2∶1,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为5 h,浸渍液浓度为0.5 mol/L时,催化活性最好,酯化率可达83.50%,重复使用5次以上酯化率仍不低于80.0%。该工艺产率高,腐蚀性及污染性小,催化剂可回收、活化、重复使用。The composite solid superacid catalyst S2O8^2-/NiFe2O4 was prepared by means of precipitation and maceration, and the acetic ether was synthesized with the ingrediens of acetic acid and ethyl alcohol. The effects of Fe: Ni atomic ratio, the baking temperature and hours, and macerating extract density on the catalytic activity were determined. The experiments showed that under the conditions of Fe : Ni atomic ratio of 2 : 1, the baking temperature of 500 ℃, and the macerating extract density of 0.5 m, the catalytic activity reached its best level, with an esterification rate of 83.5 %, which remains above 80 % after repeated uses for over 5 times. This technique is highly effecient, lowly erosive or contaminating and the catalyst is recyclable, activatable and reusable.
