摘  要:目的考察尿素-磷肥混合肥料对秦艽(青海栽培)叶中龙胆苦苷含量的影响。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同水平尿素-磷肥混合肥料施肥的秦艽叶中龙胆苦苷的含量。色谱柱为Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(1∶2 v/v),检测波长为254 nm。结果不同水平的尿素-磷肥混合肥料对秦艽叶中龙胆苦苷的含量有影响。结论采用尿素-磷肥混合肥料(2025∶506比例)栽培秦艽其叶中龙胆苦苷含量较高。**Objective To investigate the influence of urea - phosphorus manure on Gentiopicroside' s content in leaves of Qinghai planting Gentiana. Methods The concentration of gentiopicroside was determined by RP - HPLC method in gentiana' s leaves planted by urea - phosphorus manure, the analysis involved a 250 mm × 4.6mm column packed with C 18 (5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of methyl alcohol -water ( 1 : 2), and ultraviolet wavelength for detection is 254 nm. Results The effect on the level of spreading manure to Gentiopicroside' s content in planting gentiana' s leaves was significant, Conclusion The gentiopicroside of gentiana' s leaf planted with urea -phosphorus manure(2025:506 g/g) was more than other manure.
