摘 要:为了更好地解决电力企业各应用系统互操作性问题,同时积极跟进IEC61970标准开发进程,提出了一种采用公共信息模型(CIM)为标准接口。以可扩展标识语言(XML)作为数据交换方式的电力系统模型交换体系,重点阐述了CIM\XML文档的生成技术,并结合DTS项目设计,实现了一个基于CIM\XML的数据导入导出系统,并验证了EMS不同系统间信息交换的可行性。To deal with the problem of the sharing capability of information and the lack of cooperation, and to trace the standard IEC61970 in time, the data exchange structure between the power systems is proposed in this paper, in which CIM (common information model) is used as data interface model for application programs and XML is applied as data exchange model. Meanwhile, the technical of generating CIM / XML is studied. Combining the design of DTS, a model exchange system based on CIM / XML is implemented, which has demonstrated the probabilities of information exchanges between various applications of EMS.
