气相法乙烯聚合催化剂的研究——不同制备条件对催化剂性能的影响

摘  要:以球形镁粉为原料制备高效载体催化剂,在该催化剂基础上分别引入蒙脱土、SiO2和表面活性剂进行乙烯聚合的研究.通过扫描电镜、激光粒度分析仪等对催化剂及预聚物的形态、性能进行分析和表征.结果表明:镁粉粒径在30-70μm时,其活性可达3.13×10^5g/(mol·h·MPa),聚合平稳,细粉含量低.在催化刑制备过程中引入蒙脱土后,活性降低,细粉含量高达49.0%,流动性差;引入适量SiO2,后聚合物形态及粒度分布有所改善,细粉含量降至9%,流动性达2级;引入适量表面活性荆后流动性提高,粒度分布均匀,细粉含量降低.A series of novel high activity Ziegler-Natta catalyst were obtained by spherical magnesium powder as the raw material. The influences of different factors on the catalyst were clarified by the property test of catalyst and prepolymer through SEM and laser particle analysis. The results indicated that the spherical magnesium powder with particle size in the range of 30--70μm is favourable for the preparation of catalyst, activity of this catalyst reaches 3.13 × 10^5 g/(mol· h· MPa) and the obtained prepolymer has the low fine powder content and good particle size distribution; when catalyst prepared introduction of montmorillonite the activity is decrease and fine powder content is 49.0 %, fluidity is decreased; The morphology of prepolymer is improved by the introduction of SiO2 and surfactant in catalyst preparation process, and the polymer fluidity can be superior than grade 2, obtained polymer has the low fine powder content.
