保姆群体性特征与社会保障制度的匹配性

摘　　要：随着经济全球化、市场化进程的加速以及改革的深化，非正规就业逐渐成为我国就业的主渠道之一，然而针对这一庞大群体的社会保障制度基本缺失。基于目标定位理论衍生出目标匹配理论，对部分北京市的保姆的问卷调查表明．现有保障制度不适应保姆群体的基本特征与独特需求。建立保姆保障制度应遵循灵活性、逐步完善、动态调整，与现有制度兼容的原则。With the accelerating of economic gobalization and marketnization, as well as the deepening of reform, the informal is gradually becoming one of the main channels of Chinese employments. However, the social security for this enormous group is nearly vacancy. Based on targeting orientation theory and the derivative target mating theory, the article analyzes characteristics of the group of nurserymaid, and the matching social security institution, Finally, the article advances a new thought of innovating a social security system aimed at the babysitters.
