摘  要:介绍了ATP生物发光法的基本原理和测量方法,将该方法应用于西湖水体微生物量的实际测量,得到西湖水体微生物浓度为10^6~10^7个.mL^-1,总体分布为近岸高于湖心,夏季高于春季,旅游、垂钓等人为活动对西湖水体微生物的分布有较大影响,另外,饭店养鱼池附近的微生物浓度较高,但对西湖主体并没有明显的影响,引水工程对西湖水体有一定的稀释作用,有利于净化水质.The principle of ATP bioluminescence assay and the measurement method were introduced. The method was applied to the measurement of micro-biomass in West Lake. The concentration of microorganisms in West Lake was 10^6-10^7cells. mL^-1. In general, the concentration near bank was higher than that in the center of lake, and the concentration in summer was higher than that in spring. Human activities, such as tourism and angling, great influenced the microbial distribution in the lake. Moreover, the concentration of microorganisms in the vicinity of fishpond of a restaurant was relatively high, however, it had no obvious influence on the main body of lake. The import of pure water source was beneficial to the purity of water.
