东方百合鳞茎的山地膨大发育与养分积累研究

摘　　要：以东方百合(LiliumOriental hybrids)子鳞茎在浙江省缙云县大洋镇海拔800 m的山地培育,全程跟踪测定其鳞茎膨大发育的形态变化与养分积累规律.结果表明,百合种球自繁效果明显,至收获时平均鲜重达45.2 g,是栽种时的3.4倍;平均周径为15.5 cm,是栽种时的1.5倍;淀粉含量达到293mg?g-1FW,是下种时的近3倍左右,与进口球相近,品质达到了商品球的要求.蔗糖占可溶性总糖的比例多在60%以上,鳞茎在不同生育期的蔗糖含量变化趋势与可溶性总糖变化趋势一致.百合植株的叶片数量与鳞茎周径、鲜重和百合株高有很大的相关性.Experiment was performed to investigate the bulblet development and its physiological mechanisms of Lilium Oriental hybrids （cv. ‘Sorbonne＇ and ‘Siberia＇） in the mountainous region （Dayang Town, Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province） with an elevation of 800m, The morphological and physiological changes were entirely recorded in the growth process of bulblet development. By the analysis of the concentration changes of total sugar, starch, reducing sugar, sucrose in the scales, the accumulation and distribution of carbohydrates in bulblets were studied. It was found that the average fresh weight of the harvested bulbs was 45.2 g which was 3.4 times than that of bulblets, Their average circumference of harvested bulbs reached 15.5 cm, which was 1.5 times than that of bulblets. The starch content in harvested bulbs reached 293 mg, g ^-1 FW, which was about 3 times than that of bulblets, Concerned about the nutrient contents, the quality of harvested bulbs was equal to the imported commercial bulbs from Netherlands. Sucrose content was in the majority of total soluble carbohydrates, usually more than 60%. The change trend of sucrose was similar as the total sugar in the different growth stages. There is an obvious correlation between the leaf number and the size, fresh weight and plant height in harvested bulbs of lily.
