摘　　要：针对计算机网络系统经常遭受雷电电涌危害的现象，本文介绍了相关的防护措施，并着重分析了电涌保护器的防护技术。According to the phenomenon that the computer system often suffers hazards of the lightning surge,the paper introduces relevant protective measures,and analyses the protection technology of surge protection device in detail.
