知识作业的“动素”研究

摘　　要：通过揭示现代管理理论研究和管理实践中存在的基本问题,根据科学管理的基本原理,在对知识作业分析的基础上,针对知识作业过程的“黑箱”问题,从管理与工效的角度定义了知识作业。提出了用心智操作表征知识作业过程的思路,并就如何应用心智操作描述、表征知识作业过程,讨论了知识作业的心智操作分析范式。According to the principle of scientific management, the thesis is devoted to open out the basic problems that exist in the study and practice of modem management. Based on analyzing knowledge tasks, the definition of knowledge tasks is given which aims at the ＂black box＂ problem. This thesis also advances the pathway of how to use mind operations to denote the process of knowledge tasks. Meanwhile, the set of mind operations and its analysis paradigm have been brought forard.
