摘  要:目的:建立复方氯丙那林溴己新胶囊3种有效成分的快速同时测定方法。方法:基于近红外漫反射光谱,利用偏最小二乘法分别建立3种有效成分的多元校正模型。结果:3种有效成分盐酸氯丙那林、盐酸溴己新和盐酸去氯羟嗪的校正模型的相关系数分别为0.9986,0.9986,0.9986;回收率分别为97.80%~100.78%.98.65%~103.96%,98.12%~100.34%。结论:方法准确可靠,可用于该制剂的快速同时测定。OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method for the fast and simultaneous determinations of the three effective components contained in the compound clorprenaline bromhexine capsules. METHODS Based on the near infrared diffuse reflectance spectra, the multivariate calibration models of the three effective components were established using the partial least squares method. RESULTS For the calibration models of the three effective components clorprenaline hydrochloride, bromhexine hydrochloride and decloxizine hydrochloride, the correlation coefficients were 0. 998 6, 0. 998 6 and 0. 998 6, respectively; the recovery ratios were 97. 80% - 100. 78%, 98.65% - 103.96% and 98. 12% - 100. 34%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is accurate and reliable, and it can be applied to the fast and simultaneous determinations for the capsules.
