摘　　要：通过深入研究我国土地产权管理制度的现状、国外及港台地区土地权属管理的做法以及我国地方各级政府在进行土地权属争议调处工作中的经验,以我国政府机构改革和管理机制创新为契机,就如何完善我国土地权属争议调处工作机制提出了推进立法建设、建立统一机构等合理化建议。The perfection of mediation mechanism in land right disputes is a necessity in constructing land markets, protecting citizens＇property right, improving the management of the government and building a harmonious society. Based on a deep study of the present state of land right management system of China, the practice in Taiwan and Hong Kong areas as well as in some foreign countries, together with the experiences in the mediation work at all levels of our governments, this paper puts forward suggestions for the perfection of work mechanism in mediating land fight disputes.
