摘　　要：介绍与CUGTEM200X型瞬变电磁仪配套的数据采集、解释软件系统。该软件系统采用VC++6.0与Matlab混合编写,具有友好的Windows用户界面,易于操作。系统由两部分组成:采集程序在野外控制仪器,完成数据采集和简单的处理,便于实时监控;解释程序在室内对采集来的数据进行更深入的处理,并给出更精细的地球物理解释。系统的主要特点是与仪器紧密配合,大大提高了野外的工作效率;解释成果图件多样化,便于综合解释。The acquisition and interpretation software for transient electromagnetic method, which matched with the CUGTEM transient electromagnetic system, are mainly discussed in this article. The system is designed by using VC＋ ＋ 6.0 and Matlah computer language. It is working on Windows system and has friendly interface that makes the operating simple and easy. The system is composed of two parts. One is the acquisition program, which controls the equipment, acquires the field data, processes it simply and easily so as to do real time monitor outside. Another one is the interpretation program, which further processes on the field data and gets the more fine geophysical interpretation inside.
