摘 要:目的探讨狼疮肾炎患者抗肾小球基底膜抗体(anti-GBM)与抗双链DNA抗体(anti-ds DNA)和抗核小体抗体(anti-NuA)的关系。方法反馈分析28例anti-GBM阳性的狼疮肾炎患者致肾炎抗体间的关系。结果28例anti-GBM阳性的狼疮性肾炎患者有13例anti-ds DNA阳性和17例anti-NuA阳性。并且,血清anti-GBM的水平与anti-ds DNA和/或anti-NuA水平一致。结论anti-GBM与anti-ds DNA和anti-NuA呈正相关;联合检测这些肾炎抗体对疾病的治疗和预后判断有指导意义。Objective To establish whether the anti - glomerular basement membrane anti- bodies (anti- GBM)correlate with anti -double stranded DNA antibody( anti -dsDNA) and anti -nucleosome antibodies(anti - NuA) in patients with lupus nephritis (LN). Methods 28 LN patients with anti -GBM were enrolled into the retrospective study. LN patient sera were previously tested for anti - GBM,anti - dsDNA and anti - NuA. Results At hospitalization, significant differences of serum anti -GBM levels were found in the LN patients with the presence and absence of anti -dsDNA( 13 cases positive) and anti- NuA( 17 cases positive). Furthermore, serum anti- GBM levels were highly correlated with the presence of both anti - dsDNA and anti - NuA. Conclusion Anti - GBM, together with the additional nephritogenic potential of anti -dsDNA and anti -NuA, may play an essential role in the pathogenesis of the anti - GBM disease in LN.
