三棱针内固定治疗锁骨骨折97例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察切开复位三棱针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的效果。方法选用小切口进行切开复位，然后用三棱针髓内固定或加骨外丝线（或钢丝）辅助固定。结果97例患者随访1～3年，无骨折延迟愈合和不愈合，无内固定松动和退出，无肩关节功能障碍，达到96．9％的优良率。结论三棱针具有本身不易旋转和防止骨旋转，固定牢固不易脱出的优点。本法简单、复位好、固定牢固、效果满意。Objective To observe the effect of open reduction and internal fixation with triangle nail to treat clavicular fractures. Methods The little edge of a knife was adopted to open reduction and internal fixation, and triangle nail to treat 97 cases of clavicular fractures. Results The 97 patients were followed up for 1 -3 years. None of them were found to appear the delay union or ununion of fracture and the taking off for internal fixation . The npper limbs functions of all cases were good with excerllence rate 96. 9%. Conclusion The triangle nail possesses the virtue of having no rotating and preventing clavicular from revolving. The technique is simple and satisfactory , the effect of reduction good and the fixation very strong.
