摘  要:随着人民生活水平不断提高,国家优质稻米标准也在不断更新。依据国家优质稻米新标准,对江苏省水稻新品种稻米品质主要指标进行了分析,明确水稻新品种品质改良的目标,今后优质粳稻新品种选育应放在降低稻米垩白率、垩白度及直链淀粉含量上,同时提出了选育方法和途径。Along with the ceaseless improvement of people' s living level, the standardization of high grade rice grain of our country is constantly renovated. According to the new standardization, the main guideline of new quality breeding of japonica rice in Jiangsu province was analyzed. In order to reach the goal of the quality improvement of new rice variety in the breeding programme of japonica rice, cutting down the chalkiness rate, the chalkiness degree and the amylose' s content were very important and some means and channels of variety breeding and selection were brought forward.
