摘　　要：阐述转Bt基因抗虫棉抗虫机理及应用现状,指出其对非目标昆虫影响及害虫产生抗性等生态风险,提出完善管理体制、提高持久抗性、加强抗性监测等防范措施。In this paper the anti-insect mechanism and application of Bt transgenie anti-insect cotton were expounded. The ecological risk of its application was pointed out. The system of management measure was put forward, the supervision and determination of the resistance of Bt transgenie anti-insect cotton and so on should be strengthened.
