摘  要:[目的]了解银屑病病人的社会心理特点及心理干预对银屑病的治疗效果。[方法]将92例病人随机分为两组,对照组48例给予药物治疗,干预组44例在药物治疗的基础上进行心理干预,治疗前后采用问卷方式了解病人的心理特点,观察SCL-90量表中各因子得分情况及临床疗效。[结果]55.4%的病人受到社会心理因素刺激,干预组经心理干预后在抑郁、焦虑、人际关系敏感、恐怖、强迫症状方面明显改善,对照组治疗前后SCL-90评分无明显变化,两组痊愈率比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]银屑病病人存在明显的心理障碍,适当的心理干预可改善银屑病病人的心理障碍,明显提高疗效。Objective: To know about social psychological features of psoriasis patients and curative effect of mental intervention on psoriasis cases. Methods: A total of 92 cases with psoriasis were divided into intervention group (44 cases) and control group (48 cases) randomly. Patients in control group were treated with drugs only. And patients in intervention group were given mental intervention based on the drug treatment. Before and after treatment, mental features of all cases were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Scoring of each factor in SCL- 90 scale and clinical curative effect of the two group cases were observed. Results: 55.4 % of psoriasis patients were stimulated by social psychological factors. In intervention group, patients were improved obviously in aspects of depression, anxiety, sensitive to interpersonal relation, dread, and compulsion after mental intervention. However, in control group cases, there was no apparent change in SCL- 90 .scoring between before and after treatment. In terms of the healing rate, there was statistical significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Patients with psoriasis have conspicuously mental disorder, and proper mental intervention may improve mental disorder of them and enhance their curative effect.
