摘  要:目的研究分离的H3N2流感病毒变异株的分子学抗原特性。方法将国内分离确认的几株甲3亚型流感病毒进行双向交叉血凝抑制实验,比较抗原性差异;同时进行HA1基因特性分析。结果从抗原性及HA1基因特性分析看出A/深圳/1/99与A/福建/151/2000和A/广东/448/2001差异较小,而与以前流行株A/京防/47/92差异较大。结论A/深圳/1/99发生抗原变异,但变异不大,未产生大规模流行。Objective To investigate the antigenicity and genetic characteristics of the variant of influenza virus H3N2 isolated by Baoan District Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Methods Double cross hemagglutinafion experimental tests of several in- fluenza virus H3N2 were carried out and the antigenic differences were compared. Meanwhile the characteristics of HAI gene was also analyzed. Results The results of analysis of the virus antigenic and genetic characteristics showed that A/Shenzhen/1/99(H3N2) was very closer to that of A/ Fujian/151/2000( H3N2) virus and A/guangdong/448/2001, but slightly different from that of A/jingfang/47/92. Conclusion There is little antigenic variance in A/Shenzhert/1/99( H3N2 ), therefore large scale influenza prevalence will not occur.
