摘 要:目的探讨水利枢纽工程施工期间对疟疾传播的影响及其防治对策,控制工地疟疾暴发。方法采用寄生虫学、昆虫学和血清免疫学同步综合监测方法,对水利工程地区发热病人进行血检,病灶点人群使用病原学和血清学双相监测。同时观察当地媒介种群密度的变化。结果当地存在中华按蚊和微小按蚊等传疟媒介,分别占捕获蚊种的28.95%和12.73%。疟疾发病率和本地居民血检疟原虫阳性率分别从2003年1.46和2004年0.03%下降至2005年均为零。流动人口发热病人血检和未发热人员血检疟原虫阳性率从2003年分别为5.50%和1.17%下降至2005年均为零。结论及时掌握疟疾疫情动态,落实监测与控制传染源措施,可防止工地疟疾暴发。Objective To investigate the impact of key water conservancy project on the transmission of malaria and research on measures for controlling malaria outbreak in construction sites of hydropower station. Methods Parasitological, entomological and seroimmunological surveillance were simultaneously conducted and the blood examination of feverish patients in areas around the construction sites was conducted. The population in malaria foci were also monitored both serologically and pathologically. Meanwhile, the variations of vector populations in the locality was also observed. Results The was malaria transmission vectors in the area. Malaria incidence and parasite positive rate of blood examination of local inhabitants were reduced from 1,46‰ in 2003 and 0.03% in 2004 to sero in 2005. The parasite positive rates in blood examination of feverish patients and non feverish patients in mobile population were reduced from 5.50% and 1.17% in 2003 to zero in 2005. Conclusion Malaria outbreak can be prevented by grasping the dynamic status of malaria infection and implementation of measures of monitoring and controlling sources of infection.
