囊虫散胶囊治疗脑囊尾蚴病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察囊虫散胶囊治疗中度脑实质型脑囊尾蚴病的临床疗效。方法选择中度脑实质型囊尾蚴病300例,采用随机、平行、对照方法分3组,对疗效、毒副反应、治疗前后影像学显示囊尾蚴钙化灶的变化进行对比分析。同时通过囊虫散注射治疗皮肌囊尾蚴结节,观察囊虫散胶囊杀灭囊尾蚴的作用。结果囊虫散胶囊组治愈率82.1%,吡喹酮组治愈率67.4%,中西药结合组治愈率88.3%(P<0.01);3组副反应发生率比较,囊虫散胶囊组最低;囊虫散注射治疗皮肌囊尾蚴结节,证实其杀尾蚴效果显著。结论囊虫散胶囊治疗中度脑实质型脑囊尾蚴病效果显著,其不仅具有杀虫作用,同时促进死虫吸收作用,而且副作用小,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Nangchongsan capsule on moderate perenchymatous cerebral systicercosis. Methods Three hundred moderate parenchymatous systicercosis patients were selected and randomly and parallely divided into three groups, namely the Nangchongsan Group, Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine Group and Western Medicine Group. The results of therapeutic effect, poisonous and aside effects, the imaging variations of calcified loci of systicercosis patients were analyzed. The effect of Nangcongsan in killing systiverci was also observed. Results The cure rates in Nangchongsan Group, Prasiquantel Group, Western and Traditional Medicine Group were 82.1%, 67.4%, respectively, showing significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The adverse reactions in Nangchongsan Group was the lowest and the curative effect was the best as compared with the other two groups. Conclusion The effect of Nangchongsan capsule on cerebral parenchymatous cerebral systicercosis is significant, it can not only kill systicerci but also promote the absorption of dead parasites with light side effect and high safety.
