血清超敏C-反应蛋白与血脂水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与血脂水平的关系。方法对582例健康体检者进行血清hs-CRP、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)浓度测定。对包括TC/HDL-C在内的各项血脂异常者分组并与血脂正常者结果进行分析。结果各血脂异常组与正常组比较hs-CRP差异均有显著性(P<0.05);各血脂异常组之间,hs-CRP差异无显著性(P>0.10)。hs-CRP与TG、TC、LDL-C、TC/LDL-C水平显著正相关(r分别为0.228、0.255、0.198、0.343,P<0.01);与HDL-C水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.201,P<0.01)。结论血脂异常者与血脂正常者hs-CRP浓度有差别,血脂异常者hs-CRP浓度高于正常者;hs-CRP与血脂有相关性。应用hs-CRP与血脂联合检测,更有助于心血管疾病的早期诊断。Objective To observe the relationship between levels of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein（ hs - CRP） and lipids in healthy adults. Methods A total of 582 healthy adults were erLrolled in this study and the serum concentrations of hs- CRP, TG, TC, HDL - C, LDL - C were determined. Results The serum level of hs - CRP in every abnormal liplds group was significantly higher than that in the normal group （ P 〈 0.05）and there no significant difference in the concentration of hs - CRP was observed among every abnormal lipids groups （ P 〉 0.10） . The concentration of hs - CRP was positive correlative with the levels of TG, TC, LDL - C, TC/LDL- C （r = 0.228, 0.255,0. 198,0.343, P 〈 0.01 ） ,while negatively correlative with HDL - C（r = - 0.201, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The serum concentrations in the normal lipid group are higher than that in the abnormal groups and the concentration of hs - CRP is associated with the level of lipid. Joint determination of hs - CRP and lipid is helpful for early diagnosis of coronary heart diseases.
