摘　　要：目的探讨各年龄组和性别间血清脂蛋白(α)的水平。方法采用单克隆抗体浊度法测定年度健康体检人群2468例的脂蛋白(α)水平,将其分为7个年龄组进行分析。结果各年龄组与整体对照无显著性意义(P>0.05),但41岁以上的人群,Lp(α)>300mg/L的比例高于40岁以下的人群;在2～10岁年龄组,女性平均水平高于男性;11岁以后的各年龄组女性的平均水平均低于男性;在女性各年龄组中,21～30岁年龄组Lp(α)水平最低;在男性各年龄组中,41～50岁年龄组Lp(α)水平最高。结论由于方法学和地理环境的差异,各实验室在开展Lp(α)测定时,应建立本实验室的Lp(α)参考值水平。对Lp(α)水平的分析应从不同的年龄组、性别和生活习性等方面的关系进行综合分析。Objective To analyze the levels of serum Lp （α） in various age groups and sexes. Methods Monoclonal antibodies were used to detect the level of Lp （α） in 2 468 healthy people during health check - up and all of them were divided into 7 age groups. Results The level of lipoprotein in each age groups showed no significant differences as compared with that of the whole level （ P 〉 0.05）. But the proportion of lipoprotein 〉 300mg/L in the age group of 〉 41 was higher than those aged 〈 40 years old, The level of lipoprotein in the age group of 2 - 10 years old was higher in the females than that of males, but it was lower in females in other age groups than that of males. The level of lipoprotein in 21 - 30 age group of females was the lowest than that of other age groups. While it was the lowest in the 41 - 50 age group of males, Conclusion Laboratory reference level be set up in each laboratory due to the existing differences of methodology and geology. The level of lipoprotein should be comprehensively analyzed taking the factors of different age groups, sexes and habits into consideration.
