摘 要:目的:建立快速测定清热消炎宁胶囊中鞣质含量的紫外分光光度法。方法:供试液用聚酰胺吸附法选择性地除去鞣质,于280nm波长处分别测定供试液除去鞣质前后的吸收度,以吸收度之差用标准曲线法求得鞣质含量。结果:聚酰胺吸附法除去鞣质的性能和选择性都较好。对清热消炎宁胶囊的分析表明,供试液制备好后可在15min内给出鞣质的分析结果,线性范围为2.5~25mg·L^(-1),测得的鞣质含量的RSD为2.5%,平均回收率为98.5%。结论:本法可用于清热消炎宁胶囊中鞣质的含量测定。Objective:To establish a novel rapid assay method for tannins by ultraviolet spectrometry in Qingre Xiaoyanning capsules. Method : At the wavelength of 280 nm, before and after tannins was eliminated by polyamide , the absorbency of the sample solution was measured respectively. The difference of the absorbency was used to determine the concentration of tannins by standard curve. Results:The amount of tannins in Qingre Xiaoyanning capsules was determined by the proposed method with satisfactory results within 15 rain. The linearity range was 2. 5 - 25 mg·L^-1 ,RSD of content is 2. 5% and average recovery was 98.5%. Conclusion:The proposed method is suitable for the assay of tannins in Qingre Xiaoyanning capsules.
