摘 要:对传统的发电能源原料构成及其存在的缺陷进行了分析,揭示了可再生生物质能源的优势和林业能源在现代能源工业中的重要地位。提出了分布式林电技术(Distributed Forest Generation,DFG)的概念并分析了其特点,对其在我国林区能源结构中的影响进行了定性分析,进而对分布式林电技术推动林区电力工业发展的前景给予展望,提出利用清育林和间伐剩余物开发林电改变我国传统能源工业的结构,扭转我国林业能源工业的落后局面,同时利用林电技术产生的经济效益促进清育林间伐工作和林区植被恢复,实现能源开发的最优价值,符合我国国情,具有明显的时代特征和推广前景。The composition of the raw material of conventional power-generating resources and its existent disadvantages was analyzed, and the advantages of renewable bioenergy and the consequence of forest energy in modern energy industry were revealed. The concept of Distributed Forest Generation (DFG) was put forward, and its characteristic and qualitative analysis of DFG effects in Chinese forest energy structure was carried out, furthermore the prospect of DFG technology boosting forest power industry was proposed. Changing Chinese traditional energy industrial structure by generating power from the residual of clearing, thinning and cultivating forest was presented to turn lagging situation of national forest energy industry. At the same time, clearing, thinning and cultivating by economic benefit from DFG technology are promoted so as to accelerate recovering vegetation and realize the optima value of energy development. This technology corresponds national actuality and possesses overt contemporary characteristic and generalizing foreground.
