摘 要:研究了氧氟沙星与氯冉酸(chloranilicacid)的荷移反应,确定了形成电荷转移络合物的最佳条件。在丙酮-甲醇介质中,电子给体氧氟沙星和电子受体氯冉酸于室温下即可形成1∶1的荷移络合物,在其最大吸收波长520nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.36×104L·mol-1·cm-1,氧氟沙星浓度在8.68—200μg·mL-1范围内符合比耳定律,对形成荷移络合物的机理进行了探讨,并应用拟定的方法对样品氧氟沙星片进行了含量测定,回收率在97.9%—100.5%之间,方法的相对标准偏差小于1.13%。The charge transfer reaction between ofloxacin and chloranilic acid has been studied spectrophotometrically. The experimental optimization conditions of charge transfer complex formed were established. Ofloxacin reacts with chloranilic in methanol-acetone solution is 1 : 1 at room temperature and forms a 1 : 1 yellow complex with apparent molar absorptivity of 1.36 × 10^4L · mol^-1 ·cm^-1 at 520nm,Beer's Law is obeyed in the range of 8. 68-200μg ·mL^-1 of ofloxacin with correlation coefficient 0. 9992. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of ofloxacin in tablets with satisfactory results. The recovery was 97. 9%-100. 5%and the relative standard deviation is less than 1.13 %.
