摘　　要：使用BAS100A电化学分析仪,应用方波伏安法测定了罗布麻叶中锌的含量。在NH3-NH4Cl缓冲液(pH=10)中,-860mV峰电位下产生一个灵敏峰,检测罗布麻叶中的锌,以校准曲线法定量。建立了回归方程y(μA)=52.52+1610.79x(μg/mL),相关系数r=0.9582。回收率为97.04%,RSD为0.72%。方法简便快速、灵敏度高。The content of zinc in Apocynum Venetum L. was determined by square wave vohammetry on BAS 100A electrochemical analyzer with Sensitive peak at -860mV in the NH3- NH4Cl （pH = 10） medium. The corresponding regression equation is y （μA） = 52. 52 ＋ 1610. 79x （μg/mL） ,r= 0. 9882. The recovery of zinc was 97.04 % and relative standard deviation was 0.72 %. The method is simple ,quick and sensitive.
