摘  要:目的:探讨油酸-内毒素序贯致伤新生大鼠的IL-18水平,在急性肺损伤中的作用。方法:采用油酸加内毒素脂多糖腹腔注射新生大鼠致肺损伤模型,在油酸致伤后4h实施内毒素第2次致伤,收集血浆检测IL-18水平,同时设立单剂量内毒素致伤组和生理盐水为对照组,每组12只。结果:油酸-内毒素致伤新生大鼠血浆IL-18水平均显著高于单剂量内毒素致伤组和生理盐水对照组(P<0.01)。结论:油酸-内毒素组IL-18水平显著高于单剂量内毒素致伤组和生理盐水对照组,提示致炎因子IL-18可能在急性肺损伤的发生和发展中起重要的作用。Objective: To study the changes of pro-inflammatory interleukin-18 (IL-18) levels and evaluate the role of IL-18 on acute lung injury (AL1) after sequential injury with oleic acid and lipopolysaecharide. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorhent assay (ELISA) was employed to determine the protein concentrations of IL-18 in the plasma of neonatal rats after sequential injury with oleic acid and lipopolysaceharide. Results: The plasma IL-18 level was highest in neonatal rats after sequential injury with oleie acid and lipopolysaecharide than that in neonatal rats hit with lipopolysaccharide(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: IL-18 is an early proinflammatory cytokine and may play an important role in the development of ALI.
