摘　　要：研究了带有启动时间及不耐烦等待的多重休假MX／G／1排队,给出了稳态队长的母函数,等待时间的LST及其随机分解结果,并推导出忙期、全假期及在线期的均值。In this paper, a MX/G/lqueueing model with multiple vacations, set-up time and impat-ient waiting are considered. The generating function of the steady state queue length, the LST of waiting time and the stochastic decomposition are analysised. We also get the expects of the busy period, the whole vacation and the on-line period.
