摘　　要：期刊质量与编辑素质密不可分。立足现实问题,就高校学报编辑道德素质的构成及其培养措施进行了探讨,指出具有高素质和良好职业道德的编辑是保证学报质量的关键。The quality of a journal is intimately associated with the professional quality of its editorial staff. Based on an examination of the real problems in journal editing, this paper discusses the components of professional morality of journal editors and the ways for their cultivation. It is concluded that the key to improving the quality of a journal lies in the high quality and good professional morality of its editorial staff.
