地方财政社会保障投入与地方经济增长关系研究——对广州市番禺区公共投入的研究

摘　　要：根据宏观经济研究的经典模型,首先建立了政府生产函数,即政府投入和经济增长之间的关系模型;实证分析发现,社保投入和非社保投入与经济增长存在着正相关,而且社保投入对经济增长的贡献要大于非社保投入的贡献。在此基础上,提出相关的政策建议。Based on the classical model in macro economic research, this paper puts forward a government production function—a model indicating the relation between government input and economic growth. Empirical study concludes that a positive correlation exists between social and non-social security input and economic growth, in which social security input contributes more to economic growth than non-social security input does. Accordingly suggestions on policy are made on the basis of the above conclusion.
