摘　　要：济钢第三炼钢厂中薄板连铸连轧生产线(ASP)通过对换罐方式的选择、钢水温度的优化、中间罐及浸入式水口烘烤的改进以及时间与操作的安排等措施,实现了低液位换罐技术,提高了铸机作业率。The low liquid steel head tundish change over for ASP caster has been successfully practised at No. 3 Steelmaking Plant of Jingang Steel. By selecting the mode of tundish change over, optimizing the temperature of liquid steel, improving heating of both tundish and submerged nozzole, the availability of the caster was improved remarkably.
