摘 要:为了研究LED的发光效率在实际空间环境下的变化,对LED的发光效率在热真空环境下进行实验研究,测定LED光学样机在大气环境中以及在热真空环境中的温升及硅光电池电流变化情况,并分析其结点温度与光强的对应关系,得出LED的输出光效随着结点温度的升高而降低的结论。分析比较了在大气、热真空环境条件下的光效输出随结点温度变化的异同,验证了在大气中比在真空环境中光效下降较慢。For studying the change of the LED's luminescent efficiency in the actual space environment, the luminescent efficiency of LED was studied in the vacuum and atmosphere condition respectively. The temperature rise of LED specimen and the current change of the silicon photonic cell were measured. The relation between the cnmodal temperature and optical intensity was analyzed. The conclusion was deduced that the LED luminescent efficiency was reduced with the cnmodal temperature rising. The change relation different between the luminescent efficiency and crunodal temperature was analyzed and compared. The conclusion is approved that the luminescent efficiency reduces slower in the atmosphere than vacuum condition.
