摘 要:针对M ellapak 350Y型规整填料特征单元内的流动及混合现象,利用计算流体力学的方法模拟了单元内的液相单相流流动,并结合脉冲示踪法研究其混合行为,考察了不同流速下特征单元的返混程度.同时建立了相应的实验装置,在室温下以甘油水溶液(质量分数为6500/)为测试液体,利用激光多普勒测速仪对不同流速下,规整填料中特征单元内的液相流场进行了测量并与模拟结果进行了对比.计算与实验结果的速度分布趋势及其数值大小基本一致.To investigate the flow behavior and mixing phenomena in the structured packing from represent unit scale, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method was used to simulate the velocity distribution in the typical unit of structured packing. The commercial CFD package, FLUENT, was used to solve the proposed model where the special configurations of the structured packing were considered and multi-block body-fitted mesh was used. Experimental data for liquid flow in a represent unit of the structured packing was collected by using laser doppler velocimetry (LDV). In the experiment, glycerol aqueous solution was selected as test liquid to minimize the refractive effect of Plexiglas packing. Simulation results were similar with LDV measurement results.
