摘 要:针对我国盲目投资建设大量高级别洁净室的现状,研究一种局部净化设备解决垂直单向流存在的问题,寻求关键手术区最优局部净化效果的净化方式.采用数值模拟得出一般垂直单向流存在的问题,并比较一般垂直单向流和局部净化设备对关键区的净化效果,从而得出局部净化设备的最佳风量、风速,研制出局部净化设备,通过实测验证其净化效果、发现问题并加以改进.集中送风结合局部送风可以得到关键手术区最优的局部净化效果.在手术室利用送风单元进行局部净化,以较低的初投资和运行费用可灵活实现较高的洁净度.In light of the status in China that a stack of class I cleanrooms are built blindly, a study was conducted on local relief for operating room. Through simulation, some problems were found in the vertical uni direction airflow system, and the optimal air flow and rate of the local relief were educed by comparing the results of vertical uni direction airflow system and local relief unit. Then experiment was performed to prove the clean class of the assembled unit. The simulation and experimental results show that local relief can enhance the cleanroom level around the surgical wound without the doctors' obstruction and decrease the surgical site infection. Therefore, a clean air supply unit can be developed for operating room to improve local clean class with less initial cost and operating cost, which can make it easy to rebuild their operating rooms for some old hospitals and can advance the occupating coefficient of the newly-built low-level cleanroom operating room.
