冠心病热证证候特点的临床研究

摘　　要：通过古文献的分析整理初步确立胸痹热证的常见临床表现,临床观察111例冠心病(胸痹)患者,运用SPSS统计软件logistics回归分析处理数据,阐明了胸痹热证的证候特点:心与舌密切相关,苔黄对胸痹热证的诊断贡献度最大,便秘是胸痹热证的常见症状,脉数是常见的定性症状,咽干、咽痛具有较强的特异性和敏感性,恶心呕吐与烦躁也是胸痹热证的常见临床表现。Through the analysis of the retrieval and the clinical study on 111 cases of thoracic obstruction, illuminate the characteristics of the heat syndrome, which the yellow - coated tongue is the most important symptom, frequent pulse is the qualitative symptom, dry pharynx and angina are the site - specific symptoms, constipation and dry stool, nausea and vomiting and restlessness are the familiar ones.
