摘  要:探讨了铟在基夫塞特直接炼铅工艺主要工序中的富集规律和机理。热力学分析表明:在基夫塞特炉中,In2O3的还原率在30%左右,即约30%的铟进入粗铅,60%左右的铟进入炉渣,其它10%的铟烧结及还原时进入烟气而损失。延长物料在电热区的滞留时间、优化传质条件及加大电热区的还原气氛,会有更多的铟进入粗铅。This paper explores the enrichment law and mechanism of indium in the main steps of KIVCET process. The thermodynamic analysis shows that in the KIVCET furnace, the reduction ratio of In2O3 is about 30%, about 30% of indium has entered into the lead bullion, about 60% of indium into slag and the rest 10% of indium into the off-gas as loss during sintering and reduction. Therefore, by extending retention time of the charge in the electrically-heated zone, optimizing mass transfer conditions and enhancing reduction atmosphere in the electrically-heated zone, more indium will enter into the lead bullion.
